Given that route 36 runs to/from New Cross GA is a very appropriate operator for it. However, if you travel say just from Royal Oak to Queen's Park it comes across as an oddball operator for the route. You would ordinarily expect such a journey to be with Metroline or RATP.

Arriva on the 335 always feels a bit odd to me - it's the only Arriva route operating out of North Greenwich/Kidbrooke, while it barely meets any other Arriva routes (only the 202 briefly in Blackheath). To be fair the 160 used to run till catford which is further west than kidbrooke Although of course the 335 is more north to south so understand where you are coming from It’s not that bad actually courtesy the A2. The PVR is 7 and most would start early in the morning when it’s a 20 - 25 min run to kidbrooke and 30 min to North Greenwich at the most

TGM/Travel London/Abellio on the 112 (from 2004-2014), it felt so strange seeing it in Brent Cross and Neasden, also running from a garage all the way in Hayes, I won't lie as a current driver on the route I do miss those Caetano's running on it, have a lot of great memories on it.

Not sure if this will have any relevance to this thread but I'll put it on here anyways before I became a bus driver, 232 was my local route in the Neasden area and used it a lot going to Turnpike Lane was very fortunate to drive my local route for a good 7 years but one thing that always amazed me was the 232 and 251 meeting in Arnos Grove both Metroline routes at the time and running from the same garage all the way in North Wembley (NW) (232: 2005 - 2009), it was always nice to see the drivers saying hello to each other in Arnos Grove lol.

Even St Raphael's which is near Wembley feels so far from Palmers Green/Wood Green area and even further from the garage at Northumberland Park. Would be interesting if Arriva won it so that they can expand more across west London. I feel that the 232 is kind of similar to the 34 and 313 routes. Both routes travel far from one end of north London to the other

Although Stagecoach predominantly operates in South East London, in Crystal Palace route 122 is the only Stagecoach operating route.

This feat contributed to my decision to let route 112 be my first London bus ride of 2005.

I'd say it's the starting point of Southeast London. Stagecoach do also operate in Croydon and Brixton which aren't in SE London

Crystal Palace could very much have a toe get stagecoach presence with 202 and 450 being potential candidates.

I find it interesting how in the early 2010s Arriva was the dominating operator in Sydenham with the 176,194,197 and 450. With the 75 & 122 being Stagecoach routes and 202 being metrobus.
But to be fair at the time Arriva had the closest garage (Norwood) unless Catford is closer

Arriva on the 468 between Camberwell and Elephant.
Crazy how 20 years ago Camberwell had 3 Arriva routes and Elephant & Castle had 4, who knows prehaps they could get the 45 soon 👀

Croydon is mostly Abellio and Arriva however it could gain a few more Stagecoach routes like the 119, 367 and 194. The 154 could even go to TV if RATP were to make a bid for it. It would be nice to see RATP operate in Croydon

It would be nice to see RATP operate in Croydon Go-Ahead is a much bigger operator in Croydon (certainly town centre) than Abellio. Arriva - 50, 60, 64, 166, 194, 198, 250/N250, 289, 312, 405, 410, 412, 466, 468, 645, 689 Abellio - 109/N109, 367, 407, 433 Go-Ahead - 119, 154, 157, 197, 264, 403, 450, 455, X26 In the wider borough Arriva also has 612, 685, Go-Ahead has the 359, 434, 663 - Abellio the 130, 404 (soon) etc as well as routes spending briefer periods (eg 314/353/464, 463, the stuff at Palace Triangle) in the borough.

It would be nice to see RATP operate in Croydon The 154 out of TV makes little sense. It is literally in a tranche with 80% of A, A is closer to both termini and the LOR, and it has brand new EVs which can easily go on for 2 full contracts, same with the 119.
