Croydon is mostly Abellio and Arriva however it could gain a few more Stagecoach routes like the 119, 367 and 194. The 154 could even go to TV if RATP were to make a bid for it. It would be nice to see RATP operate in Croydon Go-Ahead is a much bigger operator in Croydon (certainly town centre) than Abellio. Arriva - 50, 60, 64, 166, 194, 198, 250/N250, 289, 312, 405, 410, 412, 466, 468, 645, 689 Abellio - 109/N109, 367, 407, 433 Go-Ahead - 119, 154, 157, 197, 264, 403, 450, 455, X26 In the wider borough Go-Ahead also has the 359, 434 - Abellio the 130, 404 (soon) etc as well as routes spending brief periods in the borough. you've also got the 322, 196 and 464 which briefly enter the borough and probably a few others that I have forgotten

It is literally in a tranche with 80% of A, A is closer to both termini and the LOR, and it has brand new EVs which can easily go on for 2 full contracts, same with the 119. reason I said that is because it operates the 404 yes I know that's going to Abellio soon. The 340 is operated from Palmer's Green despite the route being nowhere near there.

Of course distance doesn't mean everything like with the 549 but A have kept the same 5 routes for years and years now for a reason.

The 148 being RATP between Elephant and Camberwell. Not only it is the sole RATP route in both towns but the only RATP route operating in the borough of Southwark!

Over the years Arriva have lost most of their routes in Eltham. Currently they only have 1 route operating in the area, which is the B15. However this wouldn't have been the case 12/13 years ago, when they had the majority of routes in the area, these being the 126,160,162,233,286,660 and B13 (if you include New Eltham).
It's not as strange as the E10 with Arriva but it does feel out of place.

Metroline route 30 in Hackney alongside the 393 in Clapton Pond. If we want to go to past operated routes, I'll nominate the 34 in Walthamstow and Tower Transit 444 in Edmonton and Turnpike Lane RATP still plays an odd operater in Enfield with the 125 serving both Southgate and Winchmore Hill. Being the borough mostly dominated by Arriva, Metroline, Go Ahead and Sullivan Correct me if I'm wrong but I can only think of the 444 and 456?

GAL in North and East London. I normally associate GAL being in South London and it’s still strange to me seeing GAL in North and East London. I can’t still get head around seeing routes like the 15 and 476 with Go Ahead London on the side of it. Growing I always saw GAL down in South London.

The 346 I believe connects to no other GAL routes apart from school ones. Although it is going to Stagecoach soon.
Interestingly Romford only has 1 GAL route during the day but also has 3 school routes on top which are operated by GAL

The really strange thing is buses from NP displaying London General. LG is traditionally south west London. By comparison, at least other GA buses in east London have other local names ie Blue Triangle and Docklands.
