For next weeks strike, I've heard that Titan T1 could be making an appearance, it would be good if L1, M1 and T1 were to run out next week especially if they are on the same route!

I suspect there won't be strikes next week. There are talks scheduled for Friday according to BBC London's Tom Edwards and it's clear that there are far more trains running overall than the last strikes in Feb. That must give the RMT pause for thought.

Do these Extras run as an when required on a route or do they run to a schedule ? Some routes its as and when required i.e the am and pm peaks and some routes I believe they leave at set intervals from one end of the route have x amount of stand time and return and then repeated

I drove SP129 and SP1 as extras on the H91, no schedule, just a controller at Hounslow West who was telling me when to depart.

RML2760 was back out on the 2's extra workings along with another Unidentified RM. I spotted a Green RM on the 2 showing Brixton and some other display which was too far away for me, to see as I was turning left onto Stockwell Green. I also saw an SOE on the 155 which was only going to Stockwell. Being on the 322, I thought the strikes wouldn't affect the route but it did. The traffic was bad enough - trying to get out of Landor Road took an age and my bus was busy throughout the day. Too many passengers coming on with no money on their oyster, a few asking on how to get to Stockwell. I had a few rushing out of a 345 bus in Clapham and one was moaning to me as to why the bus was terminating at Stockwell. Even around 2300 hours, when the academy in Brixton were kicking out, everyone rushed onto my bus as I was heading towards Clapham. Next time I do this route on a strike say then I will have to be a lot more prepared than this as I got a little stressed out

Next time I do this route on a strike say then I will have to be a lot more prepared than this as I got a little stressed out I was at the Elephant on the first strike day where a Canada-bound C10 was at the bus stop for a good five minutes where the controller was telling the driver (and some passengers) that he has too many people at the front of the bus....the passenger then arguing that she is not getting off because she has waited so long for this bus and some punters had jumped the queue. Regarding the C10 itself, my thoughts were that if Abellio get any of its new 'service ready' buses during any possible strikes this month they could possibly enter service early on the E1 (if they are in practice still due there) releasing single deckers for the C10 and 322. If they are going to be diverted to QB, put them on the C3....releasing some 51/52 reg Tridents to the 157... releasing Volvos onto the 152/407, releasing single deckers onto the C10/322. Incidentally all the relevant buses would have the appropriate blinds.

I drove SP129 and SP1 on the H91 yesterday in service, only I didn't collect fares. I had expected to take a Volvo Olympian, but there was a shortage at NC so I was sent to HH to pick up a bus. After 10 minutes of trying to work out how to operate the rear doors on SP129, I was away. Those H91 drivers are a competitive bunch, they really don't like being overtaken! With SP129, I got mullered the first two trips leaving Hammersmith! I must have picked up right before the service bus was due to pick up. Despite this, I still managed to catch up with my leaders in the Chiswick area. The first time, I overtook one TLA early on on the A4. Because I was carrying fair loads, I had to serve most bus stops along the A4. The TLA overtook me at full speed whilst I was serving a stop, but I never caught it again because he was cheating! He wasn't picking anybody up (unless he had to set down,) so I had to take the waiting passengers! On the return trip, I got hammered again at Stamford Brook as a 267 got a late curtailment and asked me to take his passengers. Chiswick High Street was a nightmare, sat there for ages in both directions, not helped by the appearance of temporary roadworks lights later in the evening. The second time, I overtook an overrevving TA by the GSK bus stop. He overtook me by Gilette Corner, then I wasn't able to get past him again. That TA had much quicker back doors than SP129 and the initial acceleration was far superior. That said, above 5mph, I managed to get SP129 to accelerate more quickly than that TA - and the TA was being thrashed. The SP was speed limited to 40mph. On both occasions, we arrived at Hounslow West in convoys of 3 as the buses that tailed me leaving Hammersmith barely had to pick anyone up. The regular drivers achieved shorter journey times than me as they had better techniques - they knew which lanes moved the quickest when approaching junctions etc, while I just stayed in the inside lane for the most part. SP1 was a beauty to drive. It's the kind of bus that makes bus driving a real pleasure. I was smiling the whole time, even after repeating that the Oyster reader wasn't working over 1000 times. It was warm, comfortable and had very responsive acceleration, perhaps too responsive. The gearbox was a bit weird, it would not upshift until it reached at least 1800rpm, even with gentle acceleration. Like a proper service driver, I even got a curtailment to Ravenscourt Park on my last rounder. Coming back, I was sitting in traffic on the Chiswick High Road for almost an hour, making me late to finish work. I didn't care though, it was an excellent shift! The special cap returns to hibernation until Sunday, when I do a Northern Line RR service

Funny you say that, I noticed the same things conducting on the 15 and wondered if it was just my imagination! For example, Staying on the inside at Tower until the last minute to get to the bus gate. All these little things add up!
