But this time, its the technicians that are threatening to strike. Not the drivers or station staff. I like to think they would work it out as I never heard of the technicians striking before

I like to think they would work it out as I never heard of the technicians striking before Interestingly TfL have briefed the media that there will be no effect on services. I assume they will demand managers (with suitable competencies) will be required to cover. Having been to the Power Control Room it is quite an involved job if things go wrong or during power off / power on / engineering works.
