What's happened to the bus stop on King Street Twickenham towards Richmond? In the end, I decided to get the train instead of the bus to Richmond.

A sign of things to come. A mother with a baby tried to pay with her contactless card on the 176, tried it three times which went red. The driver used his discretion by asking her where she's going which was a short distance and he let her on.

The WVL's on Route 185 have a red sticker on the drivers cab next to the Oyster reader mentioning the changes.

I didn't hear the announcement on the 197 on the way to Peckham today, although the driver told a cash paying passenger about the changes. On the way back, the announcement was played at 1502. So they must be on a loop every 30 minutes at x02 and x32.

The consultation doesn't show where Route 176 will stand as if it does go to Earnshaw Street, the arrows indicate that buses would turn right into New Oxford Street.
It appears the old bus stop on Charing Cross Road opposite the old Borders shop will return, so I wonder if the 176 will return to Oxford Circus post 2018?

Croydon Fairfield Halls and Croydon Katharine Street have both changed to Croydon Town Centre As has Croydon, Park Street which I mentioned along with Croydon, Fairfield Halls - personally, I find the Croydon Town Centre blind inaccurate as I don't class Park Street, Katherine Street and Fairfield Halls as part of the town centre - has the Croydon, High Street been retained? I think that's also been changed to Croydon Town Centre to simplify all of the town centre terminus points.

On the P13 earlier today (8027) there was a Ways to Pay credit card sized leaflet on the floor.

I think there are plenty which have been shortened to just the town.
Penge Crooked Billet and Penge Pawleyne Arms to Penge Catford Rushey Green to Catford (although iBus has Catford, Town Centre) Sydenham Cobbs Corner to Sydenham
Also:
Lambeth North to Westminster Bridge Road Croydon Fairfield Halls and Croydon Katharine Street have both changed to Croydon Town Centre

I think it's more to do with making destinations less confusing. Also a lot of destinations where say a pub name or other 'landmark' was used like 'Dulwich Plough' were changed as pub names changed or they have been shut down etc. The Plough pub changed to 'Goose and Granite' and yet blinds continued to say Plough. It then became the Plough again and the blinds changed to Dulwich Library. Incidentally, the Plough pub car park used to be the bus/tram stand many years ago.

Hope they keep the Dalston Junction interchange as this will open up even more of London to ELL passengers and gives more of a purpose to the current ELL station which can seem a bit grand for not many passengers.
However, Hackney could do with a decent rail service which would take pressure off the 38.

I heard the announcement on Routes 197 and 13. Was also on the 139 and 176 and didn't hear it.
There were no scrolling messages on iBus on the routes I rode on.

I had a chat with the BBC reporter who did the report on Twitter. They claim that they didn't get the ticket acknowledgement that they were using One More Journey, just the new bleep when touching in.
